WELCOME TO UDASC
Upper Deeside Amateur Swimming Club (UDASC) is a small swim club dedicated to the improvement of local swimmers. Run by a group of volunteers consisting of Coaching Staff, Committee Members, Qualified Technical Officials and Parent Helpers.
The club is committed to the promotion of excellence in swimming and the fostering of a sense of individual and team achievement within a competitive yet supportive, safe and fair environment. As well as the competitive aspect of the sport, the club also prides itself in providing an environment for the swimmers to establish focus, discipline and hard work ethics which prepare them for the challenges they may face later in life.
UDASC use the Deeside Community Centre and Swimming Pool which is located just off Ballater Road in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. The swimming pool is operated by Aberdeenshire Council.

2026 Club Try Out Sessions...
will take place in the second week of August 2026.

Come along to one of our Club Try Sessions at Aboyne Pool.
Open to all entry level swimmers age 8 and over who can demonstrate the swim techniques of front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke over 25m.
If you are a more advanced swimmer aged 10-15 interested in taking part in competitive swimming then you are welcome to Try Out for our older age group squads.
